Chalk Stream Fly Fishing.

The South of England is the home of England’s famous chalk streams and rivers which provide the angler with the ultimate in dry fly fishing. Just the mention of the rivers Test, Avon, Itchen and Meon or their tributaries such as the Dever, the Bourne, the Anton and the Wylye will be like heaven to an experienced game angler and at New Forest Shooting and Fishing we have access to several beats on some of these exclusive waters.

Still water fishing can only be surpassed by casting a dry fly upstream to a wild, brown trout on one of Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams. Just imagine fishing from the same banks as the legendary Lunn, Halford and Plunket-Greene. Guided days for the experienced and not so experienced angler on most of these renowned rivers can be arranged to fulfil your expectations.

Equipment, accommodation and lunches, from a picnic hamper to a seven course meal, can be provided on request.
